
The City of Parker has a 5 member council consisting of 1 Mayor and 4 Council Members. Each member is elected by the citizens of Parker for a staggered four-year term, however the Mayor is elected every two years. All represent the community at large. The council establishes city law and policy by passing ordinances and resolutions.
The council also adopts the city budget, approves appropriations, contracts in the city's name, levies taxes, and grants franchises. The Council meets on the First and Third Tuesday of each month at 5:30 p.m. C.S.T. in the council meeting room located within the city hall. To locate our City Hall, click here.
