Addendum 1- RFP No. 2018-3

The chart on page 9 has been removed and a pricing schedule (7 pages), has been added to the end of the document. The corrected version is posted below.

Addendum 2 - RFP No. 2018-3

Q:       When we type the zip code given (32404) into FedEx, Parker FL is not a city associated with that zip code. FedEx lets us choose between Panama City and Callaway. Which is the correct choice?

A:        Parker is a separate municipality. The USPS recognizes it so not sure what FedEx issue is.  IF there is only one choice, choose Panama City.

Q:      Page 9 lists the required forms but neither the Certification regarding debarment, suspension, ineligibility exclusion nor the Certification regarding lobbying are within the bid document. Where can we obtain these two required forms?

A:      The City does not provide a form. You should confer with your legal or business office to determine the correct way to respond.

Addendum 1- RFP No. 2018-4

Q:      When is the pre-submittal conference?

A:      There will be no pre-submittal conference.

Q:      Is this contract for immediate work or a pre-event stand by contract?

A:      The contract is for work starting January 2, 2019
