Routinely check your sewer cleanout cap!


The fact that your sewer cleanout cap is located outside of the house makes it subject to excessive wear, tear and damage. Continuous exposure to heat can gradually expand metal and melt plastic as well. Make sure the cleanout is secure and not broken.


To PREVENT rainwater from entering the sewer system. Our sewer system requires costly chemical treatment. Rainwater adds unnecessary expense.
